The origin of the term Brazilian hairless privates date back to a letter written by Pero Vaz de Caminha documenting Pedro Alvares Cabral’s voyage to Brazil in 1500 AD, which says: "their private parts were so exposed, so healthy and so hairless, that looking upon them we felt no shame."
